What does data tell us about Suicide?

Suicide is a word which carry so much then the end of a life. Whenever I hear the word suicide it seems that I can feel all the mental sufferings behind every suicides. Whenever I hear the word "suicide" my mind starts picturing " hara-kiri" a old Japanese ritual suicide tradition. Many people think still japan has the highest number of suicides. But what data says? Lets look.
From 1985 to 2016 there are total 6748420 suicides around the world and Russia and USA have the highest suicide amount.
Which sex do commit suicide more? Male or Female? Lets have a look at data:
At this point many people think among male the older ones commit suicides more. But is it? Lets look at the data again:
Most of the male who committed suicides are between 35 to 54 years old. That's so sad and terrifying.
We should all be kind to each other. Mental health is no joke. Mental health is not only for older ones it is for people of all age.
